Just released yesterday is a book called “Missing From The Sidelines,” written by Renee Halverson Wright and Carolyn Caruso Jollette.  It features the history of the Honey Bears with stories by many of the women who made up the squads over the years!  About 60 former Honey Bears attended the event!

As many of you know, my wife, Lorraine, and 5 of her Honey Bears friends, went on to become the Co-Founders of the Chicago Luv-A-Bulls NBA Cheerleaders for the Chicago Bulls.

The release party was held at Ditka’s restaurant in Chicago and, yes, the Coach was there!
