Sears has been saved!! A U.S. bankruptcy judge approved the sale to company chairman

Sears Holdings Corp Chairman Edward Lampert has been accepted and the Chicago-based department store will stick around!  Judge Robert Drain approved the $5.2 billion bankruptcy bid submitted by Lampert.  Lampert was the only bidder trying to preserve the stores.  He intends to keep 425 stores open and 45,000 jobs intact.
