Ringo Starr and Paul McCartney are recording a John Lennon song

Ringo Starr and Paul McCartney are teaming up to record a song by John Lennon.  It’s called “Grow Old with Me,” and it was on Lennon’s posthumous 1984 album “Milk and Honey”.  It’s also one of the last songs written by the late former Beatle.

On the new version, Ringo sings and plays drums, while Paul handles the bass and backing vocals.  Ringo’s brother-in-law, Joe Walsh from the Eagles will play guitar.  He’s Ringo’s brother-in-law.

Ringo’s new album is called “What’s My Name,” and it’s dropping October 25th.
