I can vouch that not only was Meg Ryan wearing her engagement ring they both seemed very happy to be around each other all day long. News of their breakup caught me by surprise today. They were together off and on about 8 years but sources are saying that she finally “had enough” and called it quits. What she had enough of is anyones guess but if it were me I’d be very frustrated if my cancer-surviving fiance continued to smoke cigarettes like a chimney.
