Nick and Claudia Simonis from San Antonio, Texas put up their Christmas decorations on November 1st. Three days later, they got a letter from their Home Owners Association telling them they needed to take the decorations down until, quote, “closer to the holiday season.”
BAH HUMBUG!
Nick and Claudia say they’re not going to follow it” “We’re not going to do it. It’s the Christmas spirit. We’re not going to be forced by the HOA to take it down.”
So, were the Simonis’ too eager for the holidays or are the HOA being a bunch of Grinches and Scrooges?
