Man of La Mancha & A Taste of Spain

“Man of La Mancha” is the passionate story of the “mad” knight, Don Quixote, as a play within a play, performed by Cervantes and his fellow prisoners as he awaits a hearing with the Spanish Inquisition.

As you go back in time with Don Quixote we will give you the chance to have a taste of Spain with experiencing a Spanish Cooking Class with Chef John Rooney a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Upstate New York.
