Danny is a native Chicago boy who grew up on the southwest side and was always a Cubs fan! Hey, it wasn't always easy defending his Cubbies on the sandlot and in my neighborhood. Glad I lived to tell about it

He originally wanted to be a professional baseball player as a child, but as Danny says, "When ya can't hit the curve ball - forget about it!"

Enter radio! At his Chicago high school, they had a radio station and he caught the bug!

While in college a dream came true - Danny interned at WLS "The BIG 89" for 8 months which led to his on air career.

He has worked on air in Chicago, New York City, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Baltimore, Milwaukee and now back in Chicago at 94.7 WLS-FM, Chicago's True Oldies Channel - another dream that has come true... and ALL in the same building as the venerable 89 WLS! Dreams DO come true for those that believe!
