Daniel Alvarado pointed out a change that many of us may not have noticed. He went around and asked his wife and two kids how they gesture talking on the phone with their hand. His wife does the tradition thumb-and-pink gesture. But, his kids hold up the palm to their faces like they’re holding a smart phone. Considering many young people have never encountered a landline, it makes sense that this would be their default! Did you even notice this change to the norm happen??
