This summer, everyone might be able to be at the beach topless…

8th Ward Council member, Devin Reid has put forth a proposal to allow anyone to be topless at Evanston Beaches. This would overturn the public nudity ordinance that has been in effect in Evanston since the 1950s.

Evanston would be following the paths of other North Shore communities like Skokie and Winnetka that have already allowed their citizens to choose between going topless or not.
