Illinois resident and billionaire Ken Griffin has donated a large amount in an attempt to help fight crime. Griffin’s 10 million dollar donation is going toward beefing up law enforcement with updated tech.
The founder and CEO of Chicago-based hedge fund Citadel hopes the funds will not only deter crime but also attract Amazon’s attention when choosing the location of their second headquarters.
