For the next 5 years, Willis Tower’s 80 elevators will be upgraded for for speed and efficiency. The $500 million project will modernize the building’s elevator system, making trips faster and more energy efficient.
On average, the elevators make more than 46,000 trips a day. Just imagine how much higher that number will be after renovation is complete!
