The list of vendors for this year’s Taste is out. Lots of usual suspects will be back this year (Billy Goat, Robinson’s, Ricobene’s, Vee-Vee’s), and the list of pop-up restaurants features a nice assortment of new places (Sun Wah, Aloha Wagon, Blackwood BBQ). Food trucks will be part of the event, too, including first-time Taste vendor Lawrence’s Fish & Shrimp. Come for the Taste of Chicago, stay for Lawrence’s cocktail sauce.
