The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce have made their position clear: “The Hollywood Walk of Fame is a historical record of entertainment figures past and present.” This statement was made in the wake of Bill Cosby‘s conviction. Their statement went on to say, “The stars only commemorate the recipient’s professional accomplishments.” While many wish to see this award stripped from the sex offender, Cosby’s star will remain.
America’s former favorite “TV Dad” for many years, Cosby has been sentenced for 3-10 years in state prison for sexual misconduct. He was denied bail.
