Mayor Raham Emanuel and the city of Chicago have proudly revealed their new Smart 911 app.  The app allows you to upload your own personal information for easy access to first responders.  This includes medical history you wish to submit.  The city hopes the app will further inform emergency personnel with details that will assist them in helping those in need.   I downloaded the app and filled it out myself.  It works perfect in my area!
