What would do for $300? Six Flags Great America in Gurnee will host a Fright Fest competition at that requires contestants to spend 30 hours inside a “slightly used” coffin. On October 13th, six contestants will each lie in their own two-by-seven foot coffin for 30 hours for a chance to win $300 and their very own coffin. Six Flags is allowing bathroom breaks every six hours and will provide all meals, drinks, and snacks.
If more than one person makes it through the 30 hours there will be a raffle to determine the winner. That person will also get two 2019 Gold Season passes, a Fright Fest prize package, VIP Haunted House tickets, and tickets to ride the “Freak Train.”
