Rover – a website for dog walkers, dog sitters and boarding – has released its Top 100 Most Popular Male and Female Dog Names of 2018.

The top five are familiar. Too familiar.

Max, Charlie, Cooper, Buddy & Jack are the top boy dog names.

For the girls it’s Bella, Lucy, Luna, Daisy & Lola.

But doggie parents are mixing it up with a lot of names from Black Panther and Guardians of the Galaxy.

Rover says 9 out of 10 pet parents consider their dog a full-fledged member of the family.

Makes you wonder about that 10th person, doesn’t it?
