The new Google 2018 Year in Search report revealed the colorful cake took the most searches for a food in the year. It’s not a specific flavor of cake, but rather how a cake is decorated that makes it a unicorn cake. Other popular food-related searches included: keto diet, keto recipes, and romaine lettuce.
