You normally would want to avoid green cheese, but Aldi thinks you’ll buy this anyway. To celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, the grocery store chain is releasing green gouda that gets its color from pesto and cheddar infused with beer and whiskey separately. The St. Patrick’s Day themed cheeses will also include English Sage Derby and Aged Irish Cheddar. You can get your St. Patrick’s Day cheese from Aldi when they hit store shelves on February 27th.
