My dog peed in MY bed!

My dog, Bella wet MY bed today!  I was furious but she is only 11 months old.  Still, she should know better at this stage?!  Beagles are not the sharpest of dog breeds.  In fact, when it comes to intelligence, they rank 30th!  When it comes to sense of smell, they rank 2nd.  That being said, can’t she sniff out a better place to pee?!
