That’s a lot of cheese. An Australian chef broke a Guinness World Record by creating a pizza with 154 varieties of cheese on top. Johnny di Frencesco, chef at 400 Gradi in Melbourne, made the pie to recapture the record. He said creating the pie was a challenge as him and his team had to “be sure each individual cheese was distinct enough from the next, yet complimentary to each flavor, and could blend really well together once combined.”
