Kohl’s said Tuesday (April 23rd) that it will start accepting returns of items bought on Amazon.com at all of its stores starting in July. That expands the returns program Kohl’s launched with Amazon in 2017, which is currently available at only 100 of its 1,1,59 U.S. stores.
Most of those 100 stores that have been accepting Amazon returns are in Chicago, Milwaukee and Los Angeles markets. Kohl’s accepts the returns for free, and then packages and sends them to Amazon return centers.
