88% of people now eat most of their meals staring at a screen

According to a new survey, 88% of people now eat most of their meals in front of a screen.  The average person says they have just five screen-free meals a week.  The survey also found the top five things we do on our phones during a meal are:  Read email, scroll through social media, watch YouTube, do stuff for work and watch a TV show or movie on a streaming app.  Say, “So long!” to eye contact and dinner conversation!
