It’s become a yearly tradition to find out how much it costs the city to clean up after the massive musical event.  This year’s Lollapalooza clean up price tag read $645,133.66 to repair grounds.  This is the most expensive it has cost to restore Grant Park in 8 years.  Don’t worry, this doesn’t come out of your taxes.  The Chicago Park district sends the bill to promoters each year.  No wonder why tickets are so expensive!
