Once again, Chicago’s own Pilsen neighborhood has been recognized for it’s outstanding level of coolness.  The local ranked number 10 in Time Out‘s “50 Coolest Neighborhoods in the World,” list.  The website highlighted Pilsen’s many distinctive murals and public art, plethora of authentic Mexican restaurants, and unique collection of bars, thrift shops and cafés.  I’m personally a fan of the Vietnamese restaurant, HaiSous.
