The Honeycomb Project in Lincoln Park is collecting Halloween Costumes for less fortunate kids

All kids should have the opportunity to celebrate Halloween.  That means all kids should be able to dress in costume and go trick-or-treating for the holiday.  There are many homeless and less fortunate children who cannot afford a costume to celebrate.

The Honeycomb Project in Lincoln Park is collecting gently used Halloween costumes to donate to close to 17,000 children in Chicagoland.  So, go into your closet and dig up last year’s costume so you can donate it at the Honeycomb Project office at 1030 North Avenue, Suite 102.  They’re only collecting costumes for this year’s Halloween through Wednesday, October 30th, so make it a priority!

You can also donate to the Honeycomb Project at thehoneycombproject.org.
