Charity seeks volunteers to walk on LEGO bricks

This sounds like torture!  The charity, Caudwell Children, provides practical and emotional support to children with disabilities and is seeking volunteers to walk barefoot over Legos to raise money for them.

Just finished this Lego set I got for Christmas. …You're never too old, right?

The Lego Walk takes place on May 31st, and the charity teamed up with the group UK Firewalks to create pre-recorded instructional videos to show volunteers how to safely walk across a pile of Lego bricks. The event is expected to be live-streamed on Caudwell Children’s website.

Fun fact: the current Guinness World Record is held by Sonny Molina, from here in Illinois, who walked 12,696 feet 2 inches over the interlocking plastic bricks.  Now THAT sounds like torture!!
