Springfield officials just approved The bill, HB 2682, which will allow Illinois residents to buy mixed drinks from bars and restaurants. Since March, we’ve only been allowed to purchase sealed alcohol. Now we’ll finally be able to help out local bars and restaurants by ordering our favorite cocktails again. Sure, learning to mix from home was fun, but those professionally-made creative drinks (done right) are finally back.
Cocktails will be allowed for delivery and pick-up, so at least you won’t have to wave down the tender at a crowded bar for your drink!
