And THIS is why I’ll never move to Florida: 2 alligators fight right outside Florida home

I can take humidity, but this is too much!  Last Tuesday, May 26th, a woman in Fort Meyers, Florida heard pounding on her door at 6:45 AM. She discovered two alligators, each about seven feet in length, fighting outside her home. She also saw one of the alligator’s snouts pinned to the glass window and door, and the other a distance away with its jaws open. She got scared when one alligator clamped its jaws on the body of the other and pinned it to a wall.

6:45 AM today We heard a loud pounding ON our front door 😬 Two huge alligators are fighting ! To use this video in a commercial player or in broadcasts, please email licensing@storyful.com

She said about 20 minutes later the alligators left her front yard, she said they “made a mess on the front door.” An expert says the gators in the video taken by the homeowner are exhibiting a typical reaction to being in a somewhat confined space.
