Suddenly, all those fireworks currently being shot off now makes more sense. Because of the pandemic, Navy Pier has decided that they will not be doing their annual fireworks show this year. In past years, the pier would be PACKED with spectators. For public safety, Navy Pier will not attempt to draw in their usual crowd this year.
