If you’ve been heading into Chicago today (Tuesday, August 4th) during the 4PM hour, you’ve likely experienced A LOT of traffic.  Multiple lanes closed from 79th to 95th initially due to, what NBC 5 describes as, “a fiery crash.”  AND, there was a loose pit bull running around on the highway.  Fortunately the pit bull was safely caught by state troopers.

ABC 7 News says it is believed that the dog jumped out of a car on the highway, causing the crash as vehicles tried to avoid it…
