Not far from the previous home for our station resided Ronny’s Original Steak House. After 57 years of service to Chicagoans in The Loop, the restaurant took to Facebook to announce the bad news.
Farewell, Chicago………It has been an historic run; it’s time to turn off that famous neon sign one final time….

Ronny’s said “Farewell, Chicago,” and thanked it’s customers, staff and supporters for decades of business. The restaurant has already turned off the lights one last time so you’ll have to say your goodbyes on their Facebook post.
