Your pine tree could be Chicago’s next Christmas tree in Millennium Park

It’s that time of year again!  It’s not quite Halloween, so Chicago is looking for their next CHRISTMAS tree to go in Millennium Park.  Preparations need to be made, you know.  One family’s spruce tree will be selected as Chicago’s next Christmas tree and the tree could be YOUR’s.

Got a pine tree that is at least 45 feet tall?  Live within 50 miles away from The Loop?  If you take a couple of pictures of it and send them to [email protected], you and your tree can be honored this year at the 107th tree-lighting ceremony in Millennium Park.  Submissions must be in by Friday, October 23 (I did mention they needed time to prep, didn’t I?)  Good luck!!

Time Out
