But, you won’t have to make it through 2020 without ever visiting Six Flags Great America.  The theme park in Gurnee has announced that the gates will open once again and “Holiday in the Park Lights” is coming back!

If you haven’t been to Great America’s Christmas celebration before, check out this video Six Flags put out to give an idea of everything to expect.  They go ALL OUT for this event!

This year, from November 27th through December 22nd, visitors can wander the park and check out all Six Flags’ 2.5 million bulb light displays, see live entertainment, buy tasty treats and visit the many Loony Tunes dressed up for the festive season.  Unfortunately, do to COVID guidelines, the rides will not be operating during the Christmas-themed event.  But, tickets will only be $19.99 and parking is free.
