Chicagoland saw its first snow this morning

According to ABC 7 Chicago, while most of us were experiencing rainfall this morning, parts of Chicagoland were actually seeing snowflakes.  Barrington Hills, Elgin, Mount Prospect and even O’Hare Airport received light snowfall this early, chilly morning.

On average, Chicago sees its first snow on October 30th, so we’re just a little early this year.  Last year, we saw snow on Halloween; could that be the case for 2020??
