Weather forecasts don’t get stranger than this! As cooler temps loom for America’s strangest state, The National Weather Service has taken to Twitter to warn Floridians that they should watch out for falling iguanas!
Dec 21 – Brrr! Much colder temps expected for Christmas. Low temperatures in the 30s/40s and falling Iguanas are possible. Keep up with forecast changes and stay warm! #flwx pic.twitter.com/BRYfugIE5Q

The falling iguanas aren’t actually dead. They just stiffen up in cool, 40 degree and below temperatures and just fall out of trees. They will warm up again and reanimate when sunlight hits their bodies. But the damage of being FREAKED OUT is already done when one of those lizards falls on your head! So if you’re in Florida this week, WATCH OUT!!
