Dog lovers and good people of Chicago, your help is needed. On the morning of Saturday, February 20th, just after 10AM, a man reported to police that his vehicle was missing. The man left his vehicle idling with his three-year-old dog, Nola, in the back seat. Both the car and Nola are now missing.
