Now THIS is what I’ve been waiting for! Six Flags Great America spokeswoman Caitlin Kepple announced that the Gurnee-based theme park intends on reopening its park and rides to the public on April 24th as long as the state government allows it.
Guests will be required to wear masks in the park and have their temperatures checked at gates.
Moreover, their water park, Hurricane Harbor, is also planned on reopening its doors. If all goes well, you will be able to go for a swim and ride the water slides again on May 29th.
