It turns out that the most popular beer in Illinois is Budweiser. In fact, it’s even the most popular beer in the whole United States is Budweiser!
A new study by Zippia used Google search data to determine the beer Americans were drinking in each state. Budweiser came out on top in 27 states including ALL of Illinois’ bordering neighbors. Corona came in second with 19 states, and Coors and Bud Light each came out on top in two states.
