Schitt’s Creek fans know the The Rosebud Motel well… and if they do, I don’t know why they’d want to own it…. But, now you can own a piece of the hilarious TV series. The Hockley Motel, the residence of the Roses during the Canadian sitcom, his up for sale.

The building is located up in Mono, Ontario and is currently priced at priced at about $1.6 million. While that sounds like a lot, just think of how many Schitt’s Creek fans would pay to be able to spend a night and reenact some of their favorite scenes from the show!
