We may be the rattiest, we may be the bed buggiest, we may even be the most pee-covered train seatiest (I’m just guessing on that last one) but Illinois can proudly say it’s not the grossest state in the the U.S.! In fact, we didn’t even land in the Top 10… I don’t know whether to be relieved or offended!
