Chicago has held the title of rattiest city in the U.S. for over 6 years now and one area is really racking up those rats numbers.  CBS 2’s Tara Molina didn’t want to stop there.  So she investigated the city’s rat reports and found most of them come from West Town!

From February 2019 to now, there have been a whopping 6,365 rat complains!  But, that shouldn’t make you think those rodents are only taking refuge in West Town alone: Portage Park, Logan Square, and Lakeview trailed closely behind with their numbers of rat complaints.

So, just maybe finish that pizza slice before you enter that alleyway… you can be sure, you won’t be the only cheese-lover alone in there!
