Heads up, to avoid BIG crowds, several Chicagoland DMV’s will be requiring appointments to get your Real ID’s, Drivers Licenses, ID cards and more.
This is an obvious attempt to keep crowds and long lines from forming at DMV’s. I wish they would just take emails!
Some DMV’s requiring this include Chicago North, 5401 N. Elston Ave., Chicago West, 5301 W. Lexington St., Chicago South, 9901 S. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Schaumburg, Bridgeview, Lombard, Des Plaines, Waukegan, Naperville, Aurora, Plano and Joliet.
