Samuel Adams has created a new beer that costs $240 per 25.4-ounce bottle and is illegal in 15 states. The brand says the 12th version of their Utopias brand, which they release every two years, will come out on October 11th.

The beverage is 28% alcohol by volume, more than five times the average strength of beers, making it illegal to sell in Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Idaho, Missouri, Mississippi, Montana, North Carolina, New Hampshire, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, Utah, Vermont, and West Virginia… but legal in Illinois!!
