Warner Brothers is bringing back the Roadrunner and Wile E. Coyote… and teaming them up with John Cena in a movie called “Coyote vs. Acme”.
It’s a hybrid animated / live-action movie, and it sounds pretty awesome. The Coyote actually sues the Acme company because their products keep maiming him when he tries to use them to catch the Roadrunner.
He’s defended by a down-on-his-luck attorney, who soon realizes that his boss at his former law firm is representing Acme. Cena will play the former boss.
Cena currently stars in the HBO Max series “Peacemaker“. It’s nowhere near as family-friendly as “Coyote vs. Acme” will be, but it’s hilarious, and he’s amazing in it.
