A first-print of 1984’s “The Terminator” sold for $32,500 at a Comic Connect online auction.

The tape was in ALMOST perfect condition: it received a 9 out of 10 for its preservation and a 7 out of 10 for the tape’s corners and edges.

An executive at Comic Connect said the tape sold in three days, adding that there’s been an increase in VHS purchases over the past few years.
