Since sports betting became legal in Illinois in 2019, gambling has really taken off in the state! So much so, that Illinoisians are betting an estimated $156 per second!

And that number is expected to rise as gamblers can now register betting accounts on their phones instead of in person.

Recent laws have allowed Illinois to become one of the top sports betting markets in the nation. Now if only the MLB could figure things out, we could start betting on the Cubs!!
