It may feel like summer outside, but it’s not time to jump in the water just yet.
We are experiencing temperatures reaching the 90s and Chicago Beaches are still closed as far as swimming goes. Unfortunately, beach season does not start until Memorial Day Weekend at the end of this month.
Swimmers will only be able to hit the waves when lifeguards are on duty from 11 AM to 7 PM from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend.
