The City of Chicago has had an 11 PM curfew since 1992 for unaccompanied minors… but now that’s changing to 10 PM.

Mayor Lori Lightfoot announced the change in curfew in response to last weekend’s Millenium Park shooting and the North Avenue Beach “takeover.”

The recent increase in teen violence stems from social media groups assembling youth gatherings in Chicago.
