Here’s a simple test to find out how fun your friends are: Ask yourself how often you’d like to see them. Because according to a new poll, the average person wants to see their friends weekly. Specifically, 57% of people said four times per month is the magic number.
31% said they don’t see their close friends as often as they’d like, and 74% said that a good night with friends is “as healing as a therapy session.”
On average, people hang out with three friends at a time, and for hosts, a typical gathering costs an average of $152. Although, 37% say they spend more. So keep that in mind if there’s one friend who always hosts.
