Joey Chestnut won Nathan’s Famous Fourth of July hot dog eating contest for the 15th time yesterday (July 4th), getting down 63 hot dogs and buns.

Women’s record-holder Miki Sudo won the women’s competition by eating 40 hot dogs and buns after skipping last year because she was pregnant.

The contest returned to its traditional location outside Nathan’s flagship shop in Coney Island after being relocated in 2020 and 2021 because of the pandemic.
